Module2: I'm going to teach you how I schedule my weeks and we're going to talk about how the brain works. How is it working for you and against you at the same time? Then how to overcome it.

Module 3: What is a routine and why do we want them? I'm teaching you how to take daily chores and turn them into routines so they run on autopilot.
